Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bd898 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bd898 website located at bd898.net, including all games, betting markets, account services, promotional programmes, and any other features made available through the platform.

Account Registration & Verification

Single Account Policy

Deposits

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, as a standard anti-fraud measure. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Wagering Requirements

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on the bd898 platform are governed by specific game rules or market rules in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between a specific game rule and these Terms, the specific game rule will take precedence in relation to that game or market only. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing a wager.

Finality of Results

The outcome of all games played on the bd898 platform — including live casino table games, slot spins, instant games, and sports betting markets — is final once confirmed by the relevant game engine or market settlement process. bd898 does not re-open settled game rounds or recalculate sporting event results except in cases of a verifiable system error that demonstrably affected the outcome. Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd898 platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, forfeit all pending withdrawals and bonus balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

bd898 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Circumstances in which bd898 may exercise this right include — but are not limited to — any of the prohibited conduct described in Section 7, failure to complete KYC verification within the stated timeframe, or account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your bd898 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, bd898 will process any eligible outstanding withdrawal to your verified payment method before closing the account. Accounts subject to an active bonus award with outstanding wagering requirements may be closed after the bonus is forfeited. Self-exclusion requests are handled via the responsible gaming tools described in the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. bd898 will send a notification to the registered email address prior to classifying an account as dormant. Dormant accounts with a positive BDT balance may be subject to a monthly administrative fee as detailed in the account settings section. Players may reactivate a dormant account by completing the standard login process and, if prompted, re-completing any applicable verification step.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or imposed by bd898 — all accumulated bonus points, active bonus funds, pending free spin awards, and VIP programme status are forfeited immediately and will not be reinstated. Any eligible real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, provided the account was not closed due to a breach of these Terms in which the retention of funds is warranted as a remedial measure.
